You did set up the W700V as switch-with-wlan-access-point. All things related to WAN (routing per se, firewall, NAT, etc.) are not usable at all, any settings belonging to that take no effect.

Probably you must re-enable the LAN connection and assign a static (fixed) IP address. Use:
IP address: 192.168.2.2 (or something other than 192.168.2.1, but neither 192.168.2.0 nor 192.168.2.255)
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: empty
