    Standard Häufige Ausfälle und Neustarts meiner Easybox 803

    Hallo zusammen,

    ich hab mich extra mal hier registriert, in der Hoffnung, den ein oder anderen guten Rat zu bekommen.
    Folgendes Problem: Seit etwas mehr als einer Woche spinnt meine Easybox 803 total. Sie wählt sich immer wieder neu ein. Das geht manchmal im 2-Minuten-Takt, andererseits ist aber auch mal ein paar Stunden oder sogar 1, 2 Tage alles in Ordnung, aber dann geht es wieder los. Manchmal zieht sich das über 3, 4 Stunden, dass sich die Easybox alle 2 Minuten neu ins Netz einwählt.
    Ich hab Firmware-Updates gemacht, was an den Zeiteinstellungen geändert, weil ich im Vodafone-Forum gelesen hab, dass einer mit demselben Problem dieses so lösen konnte, ich hab WLAN ausgeschaltet und LAN-Kabel angeschlossen, aber nichts half, immer wieder wählt sich die Easybox neu ein.

    Und eben hab ich beobachtet, dass im Log ständig "Sending ACK to ..." da steht, ich hab mal nachgezählt, innerhalb von knapp 5 Minuten ganze 60 Mal. Und unmittelbar danach ein Neustart.
    Kann jemand was damit anfangen?

    Probiere doch mal einen anderen Router aus, sofern du die Möglichkeit dazu hast. Hast du das Ganze schon an Vodafone gemeldet? Und wie äußern die sich dazu?

    Ich habe leider keinen anderen Router.
    Vodafone weiß Bescheid, war bisher aber auch keine große Hilfe. Da wurde mir nur ein Reset auf Werkseinstellungen und notfalls ein Entstörprofil empfohlen. Störungen sind in meinem PLZ-Bereich keine bekannt.
    Interessanterweise habe ich aber heute überhaupt keine Probleme mehr. Die letzten knapp 12 Stunden keinerlei Ausfälle. Allerdings trau ich mich noch nicht, mich darüber zu freuen. Das hatte ich in den letzten Tagen öfter, dass alles in Ordnung schien und es dann erneut anfing.

    Wenn es fast sicher nicht der Router ist und defintiv nicht am WLAN liegt, hab ich einen anderen möglicherweise interessanten Zusammenhang entdeckt. Seitdem der Router keine Probleme mehr macht ist auch mein Smartphone im Stromsparmodus, weil der Akku fast leer ist. Das kommt zeitlich ziemlich gut hin. Und als das ganze Mitte letzter Woche anfing hatte ich auch ein App-Update (will erstmal nicht sagen, welche, weiß ich auch nicht, ob das hier erlaubt ist).
    Wäre es möglich, dass mein Smartphone bzw. die App solche Neustarts verursachen kann? Oder ist das nur ein blöder Zufall?

    Ich habe bislang noch nicht davon gehört, dass ein Smartphone so etwas verursachen kann, aber das hat ja nichts zu sagen.

    @scolopender: Erledigt. Danke für den Hinweis.

    @Hardwaremensch: Ich kann es mir auch nicht vorstellen, aber das muss ebenfalls nix heißen. Aber die Überschneidungen passen halt wie die Faust aufs Auge. 22.09. das Update, 23.09. sind mir erstmals die Probleme aufgefallen, möglich dass in der Nacht schon was war. Dann halt seit letzter Nacht keine Probleme mehr, seit dem Zeitpunkt ist halt auch das Smartphone im Stromsparmodus.
    Hab nur leider zwischendurch nicht drauf geachtet, ob die Neustarts dann aufhörten, wenn mit dem Handy irgendwas war.
    Aber wäre ja nichts neues, dass sich jemand durchs Smartphone ins WLAN hackt oder so.

    Ich mache einfach mal die Probe aufs Exempel und hänge mein Smartphone ans Ladekabel.

    Hòla die Waldfee, hab im ADSL-Status eben folgendes entdeckt:

    Cell Counter stand gestern noch irgendwo bei 80.000 Transmitted Cells und bei 28.000 Received Cells, und jetzt bei 11 Millionen (!!!) und 777.000??? Was ist denn da passiert?

    Also mein Smartphone war es nicht. Nun habe ich mein Vodafone TV Center im Verdacht. Von Freitag-Nacht an hat mein Router keine Probleme mehr gemacht, stattdessen zickte das TV Center rum. Das Display war komplett aus, per Front-Panel ging zwar das Firmware-Update, aber das wollte nicht starten, also ging ich davon aus, dass das TV Center keine Verbindung zum Internet hat. Also Router neugestartet, nochmals Firmware-Update per Front-Panel und schon ging es. Danach hatte ich dann kurz Bild, aber das TV Center ging relativ schnell wieder aus. Im Hintergrund lief es aber noch, wie ein DSL-Speedtest gezeigt hat, da hatte ich mit eingeschaltetem TV Center nur knapp 5.500 Kbps. Dann hab ich den Kippschalter betätigt, also das TV Center komplett ausgemacht und ich hatte 13.500 Kbps.

    Heute morgen sah ich dann, dass das TV Center wieder an war, hab es aber nicht eingeschaltet, nur dir Uhrzeit war auf dem Display zu sehen.
    So, nun kam ich eben nach Hause und mein Router machte wieder Probleme, startete seit 15 Uhr etwa 10 - 12 mal neu. Ich hab jetzt mein TV Center mal komplett entkabelt, und seit 10 Minuten läuft der Router auch wieder ohne Unterbrechung.
